Maria Park
Maria Park is a Visiting Scholar, Department of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology, Harvard University and a Post Doc at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Engineering. She received her PhD from the Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior; University of Minnesota;
She is interested in the interactions and intersections of plants, people, and the rapidly changing environment. In particular, she is drawn to the study of plant functioning and responses to anthropogenic factors on multiple scales, ranging from the molecular to ecosystem level. She seeks ways to integrate interests in environmental conservation, public service, and the arts.
